Toole's went above and beyond to help my employee when he got stuck out of state on the side of the road with a broken down work van. Jesse arranged a tow and got my employee and his wife to a nearby hotel where they could stay while the van was being fixed. I was thoroughly impressed by both their kindness and willingness to go out of their way to help us when our vehicle broke down. To top it off the prices were comparable and perhaps even a little less than the other places we called. Highly recommended!

Per CarMax I could chose my own Mechanic by going through Repair Pal. After reading all of the positive reviews about Toole’s I decided to make an appointment. I had to have my Jeep towed to Toole’s because my transmission light was on and the Battery was dead. AAA was running late and I called the shop to inform them that I was running late and was waiting on AAA. Rafeal answered the phone and let me know that that was not a problem as well as I did not have to be present just leave the keys in the car. ( I was surprised). Rafael explained in great detail the process of checking My car and that they will communicate with me step by step via text message as to the status and work that needs to be done as well as the cost. Rafael also double checked my Warranty to see if any of the work that needed to be done was covered. Although it wasn’t, he was able to find me a great price on the parts that I needed and for that I’m grateful. I will definitely come back to Toole’s for any service that is needed. Thanks Rafael!!!😊 And the Team at Toole’s. I’m a happy Camper.

Took vehicle in because check engine light came on. Turns out there was a lot more wrong with my vehicle. A course I thought 'here we go this place is a shame'. However, tools garage did a wonderful job provide me with update txt and pictures during inspection. It really dispell any negative feels and made me feel part of the process. They also worked to get my vehicle repaired with a affordable pricing. Highly recommend

I went to get an oil change. I figured it would be on the higher side for to my vehicle having high mileage. I opted for the premium oil change and I'm happy I did it. I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for". Toole's is very thorough with the 30 point inspection. I received updates and pictures throughout. I loved my experience! Rafael was amazing and very knowledgeable of the process, answering all of my questions. He even told me about a cool feature my vehicle has that I was unaware of. Thank you for that!! This will be my new oil change spot... check em out!
